Last year there was a GS graphic front end being developed for
GEnie users. It was demoed at Kansasfest and was in open beta for any GS
GEnie user. With the sale of GEnie and what looks like a large-scale
defection from GEnie after they doubled the monthly mimimum charge, I
don't know if it will be finished. Are there any GEnie A2PRO people here?

GENIE has available a front end called PowerGuide which with the
poweronline scripts is a stand alone front end utilizing the graphical
feel of the GS. I have just been trying it out and it appears to work
quite well. It does require a hard drive and pretty much 4 meg of
memory. An accelerator also helps especially if you use a HS modem
connection.
