INWORDS v.1.1: SLOOOOW Service by Westcode Software

In November 1995, I mailed to Westcode Software (Publisher of INWORDS
scanner software) the upgrade fee to upgrade v.1.0 (with its many bugs)
to the current version v.1.1.

With no response, other than a cashed check, I phoned them a month
ago. They admitted that the order is laying around. Ten days ago, I
mailed a strongly worded reminder that I am still waiting...... I wait
.... and wait .... and wait .... wondering how much my Quickie scanner
has depreciated since last November.....

QUESTION: At what stage am I justified in asking for a bootleg of
Version 1.1? I own the original of v.1.0, I sent to the publisher to
get v.1.1, and nothing happens???

Software publishers ought to process the legitimate requests for upgrade
versions at least as efficiently as they deposit the fee payments.

HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Anybody out there have Inwords v.1.1? Anyone who sends it to me will
receive, in return, a souvenir photocopy of my November cover letter
requesting/paying for the upgrade disk, signed by the author, suitable
for framing..... ;-)
