Prolly the MultiKache card. It was the grandfather of the RamFAST card.

I recall one card that had... deep breath... serial port,  parallel
port, clock, speech-synth and ethernet, all on one card. I'm kidding
about the last one, of course, but that's quite a bit to stick on one
card. The speech-synth used the TI chipset, a damn good one, even
today, 15 or so years old. Anyone remember what card this was?
