Connecting Disk ][ to //c

I've got a standard //c at home and I've just been given a Disk ][. I know
that I'll have to hack the connector (which I'm hoping some nice person
can give me the pinouts for :) 

Am I nuts? Will the Disk ][ work with a //c? Any help appreciated.
