Many applications have translators built in. Check both of those 
programs, one of them may be able to import AppleWorks.

The first time, to my knowledge, that Macs could accept ProDos disks was 
with PC Exchange (in current system software).  You could open ProDos 
disks under Apple File Exchange, but this was the only time that the Mac 
wouldn't ask to init the disk.

To my knowledge this all came with the system software. If you have at 
least MacOS system 7.0, you can use PC Exchange. You can download it 
almost anywhere.
