Need help with 128k Ram Cards, Testing and Using

  I just picked up a couple of 128K ram cards for II+/IIe and can't remember 
much about getting them going.  Does anyone know how to test them and how to 
get them to work with such things as Apple works etc?

PS.  ALso, what are the leds for on the top again?  I think they were the 
select lines?
