Looking for old Apple ][ game programmers

I maintain a list of classic game programmers and the games they 
created; it is posted periodically to rec.games.video.classic.  If there 
are any old-time Apple game programmers reading this, or anyone knows how 
to contact someone, please email me.  I would love to be able to confirm 
titles and release dates, among other information, for my list.
