Thanks to all of you who have responded with the solution.  I suppose I 
simply misread both the posts with the obvious answer and my own screen.

I couldn't get the GO CD to appear because, indeed, I hadn't used the 
RamFAST Utilities correctly to activate the partitions.  

They now appear where they are supposed to and are continuing to amaze me 
with their wealth of info.

Thanks again for your help and patience.  [Does anyone have a solution 
for nascent senility?]
