Now I'm REALLY confused.  In this one paragraph, you say you ordered 
several items from me, and then it goes down to one item that 
never arrived.  Are you sure you've got the right company?  If you would
just state what the item (or items) were that you ordered, I think I could
pretty much figure out what the heck is going on here.
