Item(s) plural. I apologise if a dropped "s" confuses you to the point 
that you can't extrapolate my meaning. You truly are grabbing at straws 
if we have moved on to spelling flames, no?

As for your second point (the first being on top of your head) yes, I 
have the right company. Yes, I spoke directly to you. Yes, you blew smoke 
up my butt and you hung me out to dry with a client. Yes, I think you suck
and have found a good company to replace you with.

You can writhe in the torment of this lost sale if you feel compelled to, 
but I will not do business with you again, even if you promise to stand 
on your head and eat a bug. Life is too short to waste it on some cretin 
doing business out of his garage while skirting the ragged edge of a 
chapter 13 filing. Go away.
