ProTERM or Talk Is Cheap for the software - if you have a SSC (Super
Serial Card compatible) virtually any external Hayes "compatible" modem
will work just fine. 2400 Baud modems run about $25 or less... 14.4kbps
modems between $75 and $150. a faster modem would be serios overkill for
simple e-mail, and require a ZIP chip in the IIe just to keep up, I think
