We give a lifetime guarantee. If you damage or erase a disk it is only
necessary to send it back to us with a $1.00 service fee and we will
replace it; the best "no strings" guarantee in the business. 

                             RETURN POLICY

Our software is copyable and easily stolen, so we require acceptable
written reasons for any return. This is the only way we can protect our
business and improve products. Where we have less than two percent
returns, one out of 50, we're suspicious when a buyer bounces an entire
order. Be sure to insure or certify any returns. 

                           PURCHASE ORDERS?

We accept school and district purchase orders. We can take telephone
orders if a valid district purchase order number is given. Postdated
purchase orders will be shipped on the date they become valid. No
backorders; we manufacture all our products.

                     SITE AND NETWORK LICENSE

A site license permits you to make unlimited copies of any licensed disk
for your school or upload to a network. For Schools: $10.00 per title. For
District: fee equals $10.00 times number of schools to which disks will be
distributed. We can issue the license document at any time, with your
order or after you have had tried the disks. 

                       HOW TO ORDER AV DISKS 

Print or type your name and address on a paper. List title and price of
disks or sets ordered. Add $1.00 per disk for 3.5" disk conversions of
originally non-GS disks. Californians total prices and sales tax for your
county, all are different. Add $3.50 shipping and insurance and $3.00 if
