Call the InTrec BBS (602) 992-9789. I believe that if you have sent
your registration card in you are already validated. In any case, look
around and get validated as a registered owner and you will be able to
get to the board with updated  PT3.CODE0 (Aug 3 1995 I think is the
latest). It has a NEW-generic 14.4 drivers that will probably solve
your problems.
