UltraMacro to switch slots in real time

A friend, that used to be on AOL, said that there was an
AppleWorks UltraMacro posted that allowd one to go between
"Your Card" & "Printer Port" on slot 1 without rebooting and
in real time.

He remembers that it was for AppleWorks 3.x, however,
whatever the version he would like to have the source so he
could modify it for his current version of AppleWorks.
