Did you check the links I posted previously? Details of both can be
found in the Apple II FAQ, and yes, both should work with the IIgs
with the appropriate cable.

As I mentioned in my previous email, I am using a 1084 monitor with a
IIgs (as a few others on c.s.a2 also do).
