I did miss adding a 'me' in the first line of my replay. The repair
place is not too far away from me in the Mpls/St. Paul area...

Well, there is a senior living complex just down the road a little bit,
but otherwise the guys place is about a 10 minute drive from the biggest
mall in the US. I don't know what the demographics are in the area, but
there does seem to be a lot of young families. Which won't be good for
the guys business...
Although I guess in the few years that it's been since I've been there,
they've expanded what they do a bit, so maybe it'll be around for a
while...
