   Can't do it.  The step size is different on Apple and DOS (28 tracks on
the Apple, I think, vs. 40 in DOS).  The only way I know to do this in
software is to use an Apple to move the data from 5.25" to 3.5" ProDOS
with something like COPYII, then use a Mac with Apple File Exchange to
move it onto the Mac or to a DOS diskette.  Of course, if your Apple2 disk
is already 3.5", you're a bit closer.
