Don't know why it did not work for you. I use Copy 2 Plus every day to 
copy between 5.25 and 3.5 disks on my IIe. Of course, the 3.5 disk will 
have to be in ProDOS, and, of course, you do not "copy disk" but instead 
"copy files".
