You must be sure your hard disk is powered up first! But... my Zip sometimes
freezes the system that a 4 finger reset won't work. I'll then have to turn the
computer off, wait 10-15 seconds and then turn it on again. Then a GS/OS boot
is required to turn the zip to its preferences and 9 mhz speed. BTW, I suggest
setting slot /scsicard to FAST instead of normal. With my new Ramfast it saved
me 6 to 7 seconds with a complete GS/OS startup...
