SSII: Change Of Address?

Shareware Solutions II (Volume 2, Issue 5) will be going into the mail in 
the next few days.

If you are currently a subscriber, did you send a change of address form via 
e-mail to joko@crl.com in the last month or two? 

If so, could you take a moment and re-send it? I have a sneaky suspicion 
that I may have lost one or two of the electronic 'change of address' forms.
