They appear to have been removed, along with the rest of the contents
of the dts directory (either that, or are no longer available to
anonymous login), which means that it is no longer possible to get the
Apple II system disk, IIgs System 5.0.4, the Apple II Tech Notes and a
few other bits and pieces.

There is some Apple II material on ftp.support.apple.com (in
/pub/apple_sw_updates/US/apple_II, I think), but bric-a-brac.apple.com
(a.k.a. ftp.apple.com) had quite a lot more.
