accelerator's slot?

Could someone, with experience, advise me on placing my Titan accelerator card
in my IIe slots. I've tried #4 and it has caused most programs to crash before
they even begin. Does anyone have the jumper settings manual for this card?

PS.Placing it in #3 would force the ext.80column- card out of its place!?
