I don't know for sure, but my guess is a TransWarp accelerator card.
The 65C02 on the board is probably rated for operation at over 1 MHz

Wasn't there a product name on the board?  AE was usually pretty good
about labeling their products.

What are the other letters/numbers on the 65C02 chip?  This may
indicate that it is a "high-speed" part.
