Re: Just bought an Apple IIc. Prodos questions.
Hi,
The 3.5 drive does work with a Prodos based copy of Apple Works that
came with the machine, so that's good news.
As for Merlin, my copy is for DOS 3.3. I suppose I can just buy an
external 5.25 drive if I want the convenience of more storage, but it
would be great if I could convert over to Prodos. Ah well.
I did find an old box of Apple II diskettes and I discovered that I
have the toolkit disk with Apple's EDASM assembler. Is this a good
option?
You did mention that there are hacks for giving DOS access to the 3.5
drive. Where can I learn more about that?
Thanks,
