Sorry, but (s)he must have bought it in the US; the //c was discontinued
in Australia over a year before the //c+ was released. Also, the //c+ had
a internal voltage converter ("brick"), and they were only ever released
with 110V converters. If you've actually seen it RUNNING, they must be
using a 240->110V converter between the power-point and the machine.
