The cards are exactly the same except for one minor detail.

The Disk ][ controller has two 20-pin IDC-style connectors, one for each
drive.

The DuoDisk controller (also known as a Unidisk 5.25 controller...again,
both are identical) has, in place of those two connectors, a pigtail with
a DB-19 connector.
