prodos text editor for a II+

Hi and thanks for taking the time to read this.
What I'm looking for is a prodos text editor for a II+ WITH-OUT a
UPPER-lower case chip.I have managed to get a few from the archives,all
but one need the u-l chip.Do you know or have a editor that will work on a
II+ with a 80-col card ? Or maybe you know where I can get ascii express
for prodos! I have been told that the editor on that system is very good.
