At least one of those EPROMs is undoubtedly a replacement for the Character
ROM, there to provide lower case characters. As far as I know, you can't
access it. There would be no code, anyway, just character bit maps. If
you've gotten at the two $Cxxx areas, I suspect you have seen it all.
