How do you warm boot Apple IIe

I have a friend at work who has an Apple IIe.
Is there a way to boot the system with a key sequence like
on the IBM or is there a reset button.

She says she has to turn it off to do this.

I havent use the Apple since my school days.  I cant remember
if there is a way or not.
