Binscii Problems

HI!
	Yep, I have more questions! :)  I downloaded the file Binscii.exe 
from the grind to my school account.  Later, when I got home I followed 
the specific directions and saved the file onto a disk.  I tried to EXEC 
the file as the instructions in Binscii.txt stated.  The problem was, 
that after a moments it stopped and no SYS file had been created, and I 
don't know why.  

	As I have stated before I have a 128k unenhanced IIe, using a 
2400 baud modem with Sequential Systems SuperComm card, along with Prodos 
1.1.1.  I'm not sure if these could be the cause of the problems, but 
with my computer, I never know.  I also tried typing bin before I 
download to school and also not typing bin, and it seemed neither 
worked.  Thanks for any advice or help you can give me.  :)
