Not shareware, but the ByteWorks is also selling just a TIFF reader for 
$10.  According to the latest BW mailing, "it reads most 24 bit TIFF 
files, lets you manipulate the file, and then lets you save the result in 
a variety of formats that other Apple IIGS programs _can_ read."  The 
TIFF file can also be read directly into QC Morph.

TIFF Reader is ByteWorks product # GS-23.  Price is $10.
