[DMetal/FV support??

Ho, all---
	
	OK, I've looked at Warp 6. Now, I'm interested in Metal/FV.
 did an install, got it up in local mode.
Will NOT send data to modem upon connect.
	My hardware: IIgs w/4meg. RAM & 9mHz Zip, Intrec Hardware Handshaking
 modem.
	Calling the system from a 2400 baud modem (my "spare") and a 486 PC,
the Supra answers, displays "12" (meaning 1200 baud), the PC displays CONNECT
1200. Either Metal is not sending data to the Supra or the Supra's not
(However, when I
press a key on the PC, the SD (send data) light on the 2400 flickers & the
RD (recieve data) on the Supra flickers).
) has not helped (doesn't
validate me). Leaving messages on GEnie (the A2 area's usually heavy on support)
has not helped. I've been told the the Supra's the problem (by a user), so I
switched the setup around (the 2400 on the GS & the Supra on the PC), altered
 file. Still no soap!
	
	Can anyone help!!! Please.
	If I can get the thing up & running, I'd also like to apply for a
site ID (for FutureNet) and also find out how to get FidoNet/Usenet feeds for
Metal.
