I suggest MECC - um.. I think that's Minnesota Educational Computer Corp..
whatever.  They make all kinds of good stuff..  800 685 6322.  (or 612 569
1500 if the 800 bit doesn't work from yer part of the world)

Also, Educational Resources 800 642 2926  (708 888 8300 - that 800 thing again)

If they don't actively carry IIe stuff, I'd bet they can darn well point
you at a place to get it.

Also, (one final suggestion) - try the online services - Delphi and GEnie
(skip the others, none of them have Apple II stuff - or Apple II access in
some cases)

You can telnet to Delphi.com and try it out for 10 hours free.  just enter
JOINDELPHI at the username prompt, and enter APPLEIISIG at the Password
prompt.. then just follow the menus.  When you've answered all the
questions (credit card number, age, great grandmother's blood type), you
should be at a prompt, just enter GO APPLE..should be all you need to get
to the Apple II Special Interest Group.
