Take the back off the monitor and locate the pots labeled BRIGHTNESS and 
SCREEN (or is it FOCUS? I forget) in the back. Twist the SCREEN pot until
the picture becomes clear. Don't touch anything you shouldn't with the back 
off and the monitor on though of course.
