The original (and most common) IIe transwarp ran at 3.6MHz. The later TWII ran 
at 7MHz and the TWIII at 8MHz. Apparently the TWII and III ran into patent or
copyright problems with the developers of the Rocket Chip (or possibly the Zip 
Chip--don't remember) and were discontinued. I have a TWII and it runs just
fine at 7MHz, though I did have it replaced once (when AE was in business).
