This always comes up when running a program from the finder.  Anyone have any
Idea what is happening, My brother replaced from the orginal disk and still
comes up with the error.
 
Did not have any problems before with all my inits installed tried turning one
by one and still cannot find the problem.  My brother had the same problem but
it just went away.
