That I was not aware of, but now I am, it really sucks when you have to

Heck that sounds pretty good to me. I do not have any experience with 
those  Nucom modems but sounds to me like a deal with  the exchange! 
Hopefully this modem is much better then the previous one and so far I 
have not heard of any complaints.
