How to get MAC RAW sounds Generated for IIGS use???

Well here I go again.... In my quest for doing weird things on the gs.....

I am now faced with a task of finding some format to get sounds moved
from the Mac to the GS..... Not just ordinary sounds but
44.1khz format 8bit..... I can Make AIFF,Sys7 SND,WAV,Sound DesignerII,
and SoundEdit, and SoundEdit16 files no problem on the Mac....

The problem comes on the GS side once I appletalk across these
9meg files to the GS HD..... I can't do ANYTHING with them!!!!!

LongPlay refuses to play them even after changing the appropriate filetypes
and hacking a little bit on the file.... And OverSampler which is the
BEST one I want to use for playback of them.... Doesn't like them either...

AudioZap is cool and so far is the ONLY program I was able to get to read
ina 2.5meg Sys7 file and grab the resource out of it... BUT I would love
to do this on bigger than memory filees....

If ONLY I could find a Mac program to generate RAW output from an AIFF
and I would be in business...

Anyideas for Anything at all.. Ian you still around?????
