I've never heard of that being done; why would you need/want to do this?
I know some BASIC programs assume the disk is in slot 6, but that could
easily be changed.

This is the Dvorak keyboard layout.  Once you re-learn the keyboard layout,
you can supposedly type much faster.  The standard keyboard layout was 
purposely designed to slow typists down so the typewriter would not jam.

That is a video port.  I believe you can adapt a CGA monitor and use it
with that port.  I use a LCD screen that attaches to that port.

The IIc+ uses the same Mini-Din 8 plug as the Macintosh (exccept the 128)
and the IIGS.  Many computer stores carry such cables.  Quality Computers
and MacWarehouse are mail-order shops that would carry what you need.
