You either have an [Offline] device in the device list, (seen from OA-E in 
RAMFast Utils) but not likly since those usually take the full 45 seconds.
You probably have changed something in the setup of your system during the 
power up phase. Meaning, the hard disk used to be ready intime for the
RAMFast, and now it's not, so the RAMFast will say "Searching..." untill the
first drive answers it with what it wants. Specificaly, the block of info
containing the partition mapping, drives on the chain, etc.

Turn on the hard disk first, wait about 30-40 seconds (most drives are
ready in half that.. ) and then turn on the computer. If the message
does not appear, then thats why it does it.
