I think the above contains a powerful message i.e., if you put software
out for others to use (commercial or freeware), be sure there is a
built in way to identify and contact you in case one or more users has
a problem.
For normal GS/OS applications there is the Apple icon and the
associated "About This Application" item. Is there a standard way that
providers of CDAs or NDAs can provide this information? How about
ProDOS 8 applications?
