One small detail worth mentioning is that you must solder across the pad 
labeled F8 on this card to get the card's F8 ROM to be active when the switch 
is up. Otherwise the F8 on the logic board is always used.

Question for the original poster: I take it your ][ doesn't have the card 
underneath the keyboard with the switch to set whether you press ctrl along
with reset to do a reset? My ][ has this.
