Sound with RamFast and Apple CD300???

Has anyone been able to get sound out of a RamFast 3.01e/Apple CD300
combination?  I can't.  I get sound from my Apple CD150 with no problems
via DiskQuest CDs or standard audio CDs with the Media Controller and
Jawaid's RF.CD150 driver.  BTW, I DID try to use his other two drivers
RF.NEC and RF.TEXEL, but they don't work with the CD300.  Help!  I hate to
think I just bought this nice fast CD player and that I can't get sound
from it!  The DOCS for DiskQuest 1.2 do not indicate a problem with the
CD300 as far as sound goes.
