Since you didn't get the answer, it is:  Yes, "Binary squeezed SHK".
I believe the Shrink It docs cover the extentions.

EF| Apple II filenames do not carry the same significance as MS-DOS

And it's a damn bitch when someone uploads a file and DOESN'T give that
info, since PC BBS's don't retain the filetype like Apples do.  And to
quote Tom Servo:  "Cut the balloon juice!"  You didn't answer the Q.!!
