24-bit Second Sight and 8-bit Second Sight questions

How much of a price differential are we talking about between the
8-bit SS and the 24-bit SS? Has the backlog gotten caught up yet? I am waiting
for this to occur before I order mine...:)

And, since the Macintosh 17" monitor has a VGA adaptor to it, I am
assuming that i could connect this beastie up to the IIGS with a Second Sight,
correct?

P.S. What are the odds of being able to run Quicktime demos with the Second 
Sight? Will it be easy to port from the Mac?
