ahh.  let me see if i am understanding.... 80 col text will work like a 
"real" enhanced //e with the 80col in aux via pr#3, but 40 col text 
isn't there... ?  'sokay, i'd use some other monitor for 40 col 
text/hgr/logr.  it'd be kinda spiffy having two independent monitors.
