  You know, to be honest I hadn't given it any thought. A quick think
leaves me with the impression that it wouldn't work as just an
80-column adaptor (it certainly wouldn't be Videx compatible).
The card will handily follow any IIe softswitches, whether
it's in a IIe or a II+.. but the II+ won't follow them, so
you couldn't have ][+/local video memory.

  I don't see any reason it wouldn't work in a II+, unless the RDY
signal doesn't operate as expected.
