Ronald,
I ran across the same problem. What was wrong was the line ends on the exec
file was wrong. The line ends for an Apple is just a <cr> and not <cr> <lf>
combination. What I did was to write an Applesoft program to remove the <lf>'s
and then I could exec the file, no problem.
