No - it is completely different. It is also completely different to
the Grappler+.

Pin Signal Pin Signal

1 Data in, bit 0 14 Data in, bit 4
2 Signal ground 15 Strobe out
3 Data in, bit 2 16 Acknowledge in
4 Signal ground 17 Data in, bit 1
5 Data out, bit 0 18 Data in, bit 7
6 Data out, bit 1 19 Data in, bit 5
7 (blocked) 20 Signal ground
8 Data out, bit 2 21 Data in, bit 6
9 - 22 Data out, bit 3
10 - 23 Data out, bit 4
11 Data out, bit 5 24 Signal ground
12 Data out, bit 6 25 Data in, bit 3
13 Data out, bit 7

The recommended cable pinout for a typical parllel printer (Epson
MX-80/100) is:

DB-25 Printer
2 19
5 2
6 3
7 (remove pin from Apple connector)
8 4
11 7
12 8
13 9
15 1
16 10
18 35
19 12
21 13
22 5
23 6
24 16
25 32

I don't have documetnation on the Centronics pinout handy, so I'm not
sure what the data inputs are being used for (bits 7, 6, 5 and 3).
