	I was told ABC Direct can be reached at 1-800-481-6782, but
trying it from this part of Canada gives me a recorded message saying
the line is not in service. It's quite possible it only works from 
within the US, although that's strange as I would have heard a different
recorded message. 

	Alternatively, you can reach them by e-mail on American Online.
